Day 1

When you arrive in Istanbul, we pick you up from the Airport and start our tour. First, we set out to visit the Istanbul Ashkenazi Synagogue. Inside, the floors are made of marble, the high blue dome is painted with stars, and there is an elaborate wooden ship. Then we will visit the Ahrida Synagogue in Balat district. This synagogue is one of the oldest synagogues dating back to the 1400s. The pulpit here in the shape of Noah’s ark has an extraordinary appearance. Then we will see the Commando Stairs . The Commando Stairs was built in the 19th century by the Commandos, the wealthiest family in the Jewish community. After lunch, we will visit the Neve Shalom Synagogue. This is where Jews attend weddings and funerals. Then, we will see the Galata Tower from the outside and drop you off at your hotel.

Day 2

After breakfast, we start our full-day tour by visiting Hagia Sophia, one of the greatest architectural wonders, located in Sultan Ahmet Square at the center of the city where the Ottoman Empire ruled.  Then we visit the magnificent Sultan Ahmet Mosque with its Iznik tiles.  After the famous historical Hippodrome Square Tour, you will have the chance to see the Serpent Column, Obelisk and German Fountain.  Then, we continue our tour with the Grand Bazaar, the largest historical market in Istanbul.  After visiting our last stop, Topkapi Palace, we drop you off at your hotel.
